Mr. Edelson is a seasoned and dynamic entrepreneur. He has started multiple companies such as Game Broadcasting Live, a digital streaming video game broadcasting channel that premiered on Time Square's Jumbotron screens, and eSportsTV, a portal for streaming live electronic sports and professional video gaming broadcasts. Mr. Edelson also served as Chief Technology Officer of H3 Enterprises Inc.; the first publicly traded Hip-Hop Company which created technology infused Hip Hop themed restaurants. He was responsible for inking deals with both Microsoft and Viacom while at H3 Enterprises. He’s made features in Popular Science Magazine, Business Review, Biz Journal, MSNBC.com, WABC-TV, World News Now(ABC), Discovery Channel, WRGB-TV (CBS), CNBC, along with other radio, print, web and television spots. Mr. Edelson’s company, Appetizer Mobile, is a fast growing and internationally recognized Mobile Application Development company. Appetizer Mobile has been featured on Apple’s National iPad commercial “iPad is Electric” for Montessorium’s "Intro to Letters” Learning application and the "We Believe" iPad 2 National Commercial for Montessorium's "Intro to Math" learning application. "Intro to Letters” made the #1 selling educational application on the Apple ITunes store. Mr. Edelson graduated from The University at Albany with a B.A. in communications and minor in business and sociology.
Mr. Deschler is currently Co-Founder of PLAYPEN LLC. A new and innovative digital entertainment destination restaurant/nightclub concept with proprietary software that incorporates state-of-the-art video gaming, high-quality cuisine, special red carpet events, social networking and featuring it’s PLAYPEN girls competing against patrons. Mr. Deschler is a proven entrepreneur and has over 35 years experience in the catering, nightclub and restaurant industry. He continues to be an extremely respected leader amongst his peers in the New York/Long Island area, and he is regarded as an expert in the hospitality industry. Mr. Deschler was for many years the Caterer at The Sands at Lido Beach, a multi million-dollar operation with over 75 employees that performed special events. He also is a member in Silverman and Neu LLC. which has interests in developing commercial and residential real estate, healthcare facilities, and manufacturing/distributing of woman’s cosmetics. Mr. Deschler is also a member in Nexus Holdings LLC. which has interest in Milabra, a state of the art computer software development company which concentrates on cyber-filtering systems to combat computer pedophiles infiltration and terrorism by voice, image and word pairing recognition. He is a graduate from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America with an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies. Mr. Deschler also currently serves on the board of directors for Appetizer Mobile LLC.
Mr. Wenarsky is currently the company’s Chief Strategic Planning Officer. He is a licensed attorney in New Jersey and New York and also maintains his license as a New Jersey Certified Public Accountant. After graduating George Washington University Law School more than 30 years ago, Mr. Wenarsky started his career in the tax department of Price Waterhouse. He moved on from there to several different law firms before starting his own firm 20 years ago. During his career, he has assisted numerous individuals, entities, and estates with their planning, compliance, and transactional needs. Mr. Wenarsky is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Bar Association and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Dr. Edelson has been a practicing Dentist for over 31 years, specializing in Cosmetic, Implant and Family Dentistry. He graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1978. He was a Resident in General Dentistry at the State University-Kings County Hospital Center from 1978 to 1979. He was on staff at the Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn N.Y. and at the Bellevue Hospital Center in the Dept. of Oral Surgery in Manhattan N.Y. Dr. Edelson also taught at the N.Y.U. College of Dentistry in the early 90's. Dr. Edelson's many years of Dental practice have afforded him valuable contacts with business leaders in many different industries. He has been able to network these contacts and have introduced them to many of the business opportunities afforded by a relationship with Appetizer Mobile. Dr. Edelson currently serves on the board of directors for Appetizer Mobile LLC.
As the Chief Product Officer Mark Pawlitschek heads up Appetizer Mobile's day to day facility operations and procedures, as well as expansion development and future projects. Prior to Appetizer Mobile, Mr. Pawlitschek founded and was the President of several companies in the Real Estate and Property Management Food Services space with Markris Restaurant Inc , Satellite Restaurant Group and Markris Realty Corp. Mr. Pawlitschek subsequently took his talents to Wall St as the founder of Galleon GLobal Capital and the head of their International Currency Trading Desk. Mr. Pawlitschek holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from SUNY Stony Brook.
Miss. Brickel has a strong foundation in the creative world, specializing in Creative Direction and Fashion Design. As the Design Director for Appetizer Mobile, Emily Brickel directs the creative vision for all mobile application user interfaces, website design, new company branding, logo development and the overall creative vision of the mobile and internet presence. Aside from her work at Appetizer Mobile, Emily writes for her own blog that documents what inspires her creative vision for all aspects of her career. An Entrepreneur and Fashion Designer, Miss. Brickel has spent two years cultivating the brand Rock Hard Atelier, designing the mission, brand image, creative vision, fashion collections and marketing strategies. Her previous experience includes assisting the production and styling of New York Fashion Week shows like Brian Reyes, the Trend Pages and photo shoots at Elle Magazine as well as editorials and celebrity dressing with Art House Management fashion stylists. Emily’s experience in the corporate world at Gucci Group spans far and wide where she worked with leaders from all of the Gucci brands developing their online and e-commerce presence, working with directors to lead initiatives for showroom display, wholesale buys, public relations pulls and buyer’s trend reports as well as executive liaisons as Executive Assistant to the President at Sergio Rossi. Emily Brickel is a graduate from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising Management and International Fashion Merchandising Management at The Universite De Polimoda in Florence, Italy.
Josh has many years of experience in IT development, enterprise administration and corporate development. Mr. Lenoff contributes to human resource strategies, policies, and processes throughout the company. He works closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive team on development processes for the organization. He is also the head project manager and is responsible for the day to day operations, development, implementation and management of all clients and projects. He focuses on providing direct assistance with the development and execution of all project information, research and technology deployment- Initiatives include consulting and facilitation, strategic planning, assisting with development, business process analysis as well as providing solution to funding models. He brings a unique set of skills and professional contacts to the Appetizer Mobile team. He's also been a professional competitor for over a decade in both PC and console gaming. He has a comprehensive knowledge in FPS, RTS, MMOs, RPG, MMORPG gaming. He's been heavily involved in the electronic gaming community since 2002. He has contributed to gaming reviews and content to electronic entertainment websites, administrated competitive league play, attended as media and as a competitor at international/domestic events and tournaments and beta tested top selling games and applications. As a hobby, he also continues to cooperate and assist prestigious IT companies in business and production development. Mr. Lenoff received a full scholarship and education from The University of Suny Albany and William Paterson University. Academic concentration focused on computer science and graphic design.
Gokhan is a software developer with more than 15 years of experience on desktop, web and mobile platforms. He is a textbook example of an Analytical Thinker, as such he loves to research and solve complex problems. His previous work includes but not limited to; software for major mobile platforms (eg. iOS, Android, Blackberry, WebOS, Windows Phone 7, Symbian), enterprise systems (eg. Systems for complete server management, virtual classroom systems for e-learning, voice over IP systems), computer graphics applications using DirectX & OpenGL, plugins for major 3D content creation applications such as 3dsmax & Maya, digital signal processing applications (eg. Speech Recognition) and digital design using FPGA's. Currently, he is focused on creating great applications for all major mobile platforms with his colleagues at Appetizer Mobile. When he is not working, he can be found in front of his piano or in a gym working out.
Jamie is experienced in most every aspect of development; working in areas from 3D model design, 2D texture generation and graphic art to animation and production management. Prior to working with Appetizer Mobile, Jamie held several freelance jobs working on projects for a wide variety of clients. Jamie also works as head of the graphics department for eSportsTV, overseeing broadcasting graphics and video development. Jamie’s roots are deeply embedded in game development and are displayed in the several game projects he has been involved in. In 2008 Jamie started Pravus Media, a game development and outsourcing company.
